Hourly Non-Exempt JOB DUTIES AND ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONSStock merchandise through planogram executionProperly feature presentationsStock shelves with items by making sure that items are brought forwardProcess overstock to risers and stockroomsPlace price tags on items and ensure that barcodes are correctly placedEnsure pricing labels are clear and visibleEnsure that any excess materials are placed in storage roomsClean and dust items and shelvesEnsure that no damaged or expired items are placed on shelvesUse general office equipment such as telephone, copy machine, fax machine, calculator, computerOperate Telxon gun, forklift, pallet jack, ladder, and other retail equipmentMay be required to cross train and perform other duties QUALIFICATIONSPossess good understanding of retail processesAbility to interact with the team in a fast-paced environment, remaining flexible, proactive, resourceful and efficientAbility to work independently without supervisionAbility to access and use the in-store computer, scanning system, and wireless handheld unitAbility to participate in our online applicant and new hire onboarding process remotelyAbility to complete computer-based training SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIESNone PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTSGood visual acuityAbility to lift, push, and/or pull a minimum of 30-50 pounds repetitivelyAbility to use a ladder and/or pallet jackClose vision for computer workRepetitive wrist movements on keyboardAbility to stand and/or walk for long periods of timeAbility to walk up and down stairs multiple times per dayAbility to verbally communicate effectively and professionally with all audiences (in-person or via handheld transceiver) Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform essential job functions.
