Summary Job Statement: The Area Manager-Small Store will be responsible for managing sales activities and overseeing assigned sales area and employees within designated.
Responsibilities:
oPeople Development - Directs staffing, training, and performance evaluations to develop and control sales program.
oMarket Execution - Manage in store selling and execution. Directs channel development activity and coordinates sales distribution by establishing sales territories, quotas, and goals. Advises dealers, distributors, and clients concerning sales and advertising techniques.
oCustomer Service - Reviews market analysis to determine delivery needs and service frequency. Delivers sales presentations to key clients in coordination with sales representatives. Meets with key clients, assisting sales representative with maintaining relationships and negotiating and closing deals.
oSales Execution - Provide local CMA Management. Assigns sales territory to sales representatives. Prepares periodic sales report showing sales volume, potential sales, and areas of proposed client base expansion.
oAdministrative - Perform Administrative and HR duties. Analyzes and controls expenditures of division to conform to budgetary requirements. Supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the Organization's policies.
oCustomer Relationships - Build on trust and commitment.
Minimum Qualifications/Requirements:
oCandidate must have a minimum of three (3) years bottler sales experience and two (2) years managerial experience.
oCandidate should have strong analytical, verbal and written communication skills.
oCandidate should have good organizational skills and good attendance, discipline and safety record.
oCandidate should have extensive experience in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Outlook.
