LA MARKETING CONCEPTS is currently hiring and we are specifically looking for innovative, team-oriented individuals who enjoy working with others in a fast paced office and retail environment and maintaining relationships with our prestigious clientele. Our promotions, marketing, and special events firm is expanding, creating a need for Marketing and Promotions Managers. Full training is provided for the candidate that shows a passion for marketing, a knowledge of customer service, and the goals of management.
Purpose of Position:What exactly are WE doing?
The main focus of this position is to promote our clients brand names by developing and supporting field (retail) marketing programs. You will work closely with other Client Event Marketing Specialists, and utilize your marketing expertise to help develop and execute marketing programs that will increase demand and drive revenue.
Primary Duties: What exactly would YOU be doing?
o Impacts sales results by developing, supporting and executing field marketing and segment activities.
o Executes Marketing campaigns and Plans Promotions strategies depending on expertise.
o Works with various corporate/field Marketing Managers to determine appropriate customized programs and strategies for various market segments.
o Provides coordination and project management to ensure event success.
o Publicizes event and works with Account Development to raise awareness and drive high levels of attendance and participation by targeted audience.
Minimum
Qualifications:
Excellent Communicator, both verbal and written
Strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple deadlines
Intense attention to detail with accuracy and consistency
Moderate computer and software skills for basic data entry
Ability to build effective relationships with a wide range of people
Strong presentation skills
