The Graduate Nurse position is utilized for training of an individual that has graduated from an accredited Nursing Program with a desire to be employed as a Registered Nurse or Licensed practical Nurse after obtaining Alabama licensure. The Graduate Nurse is responsible for specific duties as outlined below and any other duties as deemed necessary to ensure optimal patient care and physician service, under the direction of a professional nurse. A Graduate Nurse is responsible to the Registered Nurse, Charge Nurse, Clinical Supervisor, Department Manager/Director, Nursing Supervisor, Associate Directors and the Chief Nursing Officer.
Education:
Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
Certifications / Licenses:
Proof of graduation from an accredited Nursing Program.
Temporary nursing permit issued by the Alabama Board of Nursing.
Must maintain current BLS certification. Nursing Services
Organization: Flowers HospitalEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
