Leadership training and development for readiness in a supervisory role.
A willingness to learn how to be a Weed Man Technician Train and become familiar with lawn care services such as applying fertilizer, weed control, and other professional applications Perform lawn aerations Carefully assess and treat properties for mosquito germination and habitation control.
Provide professional, courteous customer service Measure lawns and provide accurate quotes to prospective customers Complete lawn analysis and provide service recommendations Generate field sales- additional commission rewarded Clearly communication with your manager and/or supervisor Job Type:
Full-time Pay:
