Responsibilities:
Work with professional individuals on products specific to the transportation industry for school buses, mass transit trains and buses, law enforcement vehicles, and locomotives Troubleshoot customer issues with products and software Assist with customer returns Communicate effectively with customers to diagnose the problem in a timely manner Communicate with other internal departments to handle the customer's technical needs Be self-motivated, punctual, professional and dependable Job Type:
