SARCOA is the Southern Alabama Regional Council on Aging, and we serve senior citizens, disabled individuals, and caregivers in seven counties:
Barbour, Coffee, Covington, Dale, Geneva, Henry, and Houston.
Case Managers are responsible for conducting monthly home visits and will perform all related tasks to ensure the welfare and safety of their high-volume caseload.
This role involves thorough documentation.
Proficient computer skills are required to succeed in this position.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree required - preferably in Human Services, Social Work, or a closely related field.
Proficient computer skills Efficient written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to exercise sound judgment and maneuver complex situations.
Excellent time management and organization skills.
Reliable transportation and current auto insurance.
