from Albany, GA; and an hour & 20 minutes from Tallahassee, FL).
We have a need for a Part-time Social Worker; and PRN Social Worker on the BH units at this facility.
The Social Worker is responsible for providing high quality patient care, displaying good skills in assessment, psychodiagnosis, treatment planning, group treatment, individual treatment, family treatment, and discharge planning as well as function as a member of the multidisciplinary team and participate in the unit community relations program.
