8K a year 3 hours ago 3 hours ago 3 hours ago WE ARE GROWING AGAIN AND LOOKING TO ADD TO OUR TEAM!! Director of Compliance This position will coordinate and assist with the implementation of all aspects of the quality assurance program.
Work hours of this position are Monday - Friday 8am-5pm.
Some travel may be required within the 5 County Catchment Area.
Responsibilities Include:
Ensures agency-wide compliance with applicable federal, state, and local laws/ regulations as well as all system reimbursement sources, including, but not limited to Medicaid, Medicare and Alabama Department of Mental Health.
Assists in the development of policies and procedures that align with agency contracts, agreements, and/or governing bodies.
Provide supervision of Medical Records and Quality Assurance Staff.
Monitors the Quality Assurance Program as directed by the Chief Compliance Officer and Assists Senior Management staff to insure all employees are aware of the QA program components, as well as expectations for their respective departments and / or programs.
Provides support to CCO in determining requirements for QA program, insuring alignment with SpectraCare policies and procedures, Alabama Department of Mental Health, Medicaid, Medicare and other reimbursement sources' standards for clinical and billing functions.
Requirements:
Master's Degree in Psychology, Business, Accounting or other related field; BSN/RN with extensive knowledge of mental health and substance abuse populations.
Five (5) years internal auditing experience Two (2) or three (3) years management experience required.
Personal computer experience with familiarity and training in word processing, spreadsheets and data base management.
Possess a valid Driver's license with good MVR, Free from DUI and reckless driving convictions for the previous three (3) years.
Preferred:
Master's Degree in Psychology, Business, Accounting, or Nursing with Active nursing license.
Three (3) to five (5) years clinical experience Five (5) years management / supervisory experience Business Background QA experience with mental health, substance abuse, developmental disabilities, business, or similar environment,

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
