Job Requirements:
Minimum 3-5 years apartment maintenance experience with 2 years of proven experience.
Strong working knowledge of plumbing, electrical, carpentry, sheetrock and appliances Ability to prioritize work Good customer service skills Inspect grounds, buildings and other community features, manage the turn-key operations and work directly with the Property Manager Team player, able to work independently, take direction from others and have strong communication skills Work with vendors and oversee ordering supplies Reliable transportation and provide own tools Must be able to climb ladders Ability to take after hours on-call emergencies when needed
